When we saw this home, the location is what we fell in love with from the start. Close to the river, walking trails and parks was exactly what we were looking for. We have been so fortunate to be able to be on the river in 10 minutes. This home has been the center of many large family gatherings and seen every milestone from our small children playing in the backyard to meeting their spouses around our dining room table. One of our favorite areas has been the cozy family room with fires, games and many slumber parties. Our favorite window is the slider where we have looked out onto the patio and watched the seasons unfold. We have enjoyed making our yard a year-round paradise with surprise flowers popping up all year long. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful cabinets and quartz countertops. A few years back we also updated our formal living room with Acacia hardwood floors. This addition makes the home shine from the moment you walk in the front door. The home is equipped with plenty of storage including walk in closets in most of the bedrooms and a large attic. We have owned this place since 1991 and have loved living here so much we never considered moving. There are so many details that make it so much more than just a home that we know you will love, too.
