Great family home with living room, 2 large family rooms and possible 2nd kitchen. 3 BR's on the main floor. 2 rooms in daylight basement were used as BR's, but, they do not have windows. Lots of newer laminate floors, newer vinyl windows. But, other parts of the home have not been updated! Still lots of house for the money. Enclosed deck/sun room is not part of the square footage.
