There are 30 studio units and 1-1 bedroom unit. All units rent for $375.00 per month. Each unit is approximately 400 sq. ft. with 1 full bath. Owner pays water, sewer and garbage, renters pay their own electricity(separate meters). There are also 3 coin operated washers and 2 dryers that are included.
