Dave was born and raised in Seattle and started his real estate career in New Construction sales in Seattle in 1970. In 1995 he saw the expansion happening in Tri Cities and decide to move to the area and use his expertise to help our area grow. Dave specializes in land development, new construction and new homes. He’s worked with Landmark Homes since 1997. Dave finds great pleasure in seeing areas of growth opportunity and creating homes. His goal is to get you what you want at an affordable price. Dave and his wife Sherry have two adult daughters and two grandkids.
