I am originally from the Tri-Cities and have always considered it home. After graduating from Kamiakin High School, I attended and graduated from, the Washington School of Fine Arts in Washington DC. I used my passion for the arts to own and operate a custom portrait studio: Christin Kolzig Photography (A Portrait Boutique) with previous locations in Tampa Florida and Richland. I also have a passion for interior design and real estate. In the 1990’s I started my real estate career in Arizona. From there I had the opportunity to move around the country buying and selling homes every couple of years. This opportunity to travel has kept me up to date with different markets and accelerated my real estate passion. I am now fulfilling my dream of coming back to the industry in my hometown. I live in Kennewick with my 21-year-old son, two daughters 19 and 18, and my husband Olie, who I met in high school. I am passionate about our community and believe in giving back. As the co-founder of the Carson Kolzig Foundation, I’ve had the pleasure of working with incredible members of our community. The Carson Kolzig Foundation promotes autism awareness and services in our area for families affected by autism. We are so grateful to have seen the Responding to Autism Center come to fruition with the support of the incredible community in Tri-Cities. Having a son with autism created a deep passion to help other families struggling to find the resources and support after an autism diagnosis.
